Made in the UK
Our clutch back badges are a premium personalised badge with a jewellery-like finish, ideal for awards, memberships, clubs, societies and prestigious occasions.
Available in 16mm and 25mm sizes, round or square, with nickel-plated or gold-plated finishes, each badge is secured with a traditional butterfly clutch fitting.
Clutch back badges, sometimes known as butterfly clutch badges, are named after the fitting used to secure the badge in place. A metal pin on the back of the badge passes through the clothing and is held securely by a removable butterfly-style clutch.
These badges have a premium look and feel and are often compared to a small piece of jewellery or a gentleman's cufflink. That makes them particularly well suited to awards, memberships, recognition badges and more formal uses.
We offer two sizes — 16mm and 25mm — in either round or square shapes, with a choice of nickel-plated or gold-plated finishes.
As with all our badge products, we use genuine manufacturer's inks and specialist substrates to help produce a crisp, high-quality printed result.

Choose the combination that best suits the style and level of visibility you want.
A compact, discreet badge size suited to subtle branding, awards and membership identification.
A larger option with more visual presence and more room for logos, text and detailed artwork.
Both sizes are available in round or square formats, allowing the badge shape to suit your design.
A clean silver-coloured finish that gives the badge a smart, professional appearance.
A warmer, more prestigious finish that works particularly well for awards and recognition badges.
Because clutch back badges have a premium look and feel, they are especially popular where the badge needs to represent achievement, status, membership or recognition.
They work well for clubs, professional organisations, associations, award schemes, long-service recognition and formal event badges.
The smaller 16mm size is particularly subtle, while the 25mm option gives you more room for branding or a more detailed design.
Create your badge design using your own wording, artwork, logo and colours.
