Resin badges, sometimes known as domed badges, are made from three main layers: a backing plate, the printed design and a clear resin dome over the top.
The resin dome gives the badge its distinctive high-gloss appearance while helping to protect the printed artwork underneath. We use high-quality specialist paper and genuine manufacturer's inks to produce crisp, clear artwork before applying the resin finish.
