Magnetic badges are a smart alternative to traditional pin fastenings when you want a secure badge without putting a hole through clothing.
We can supply magnetic fittings on our standard button badges up to 58mm and on most resin badges, using strong magnets designed to hold the badge firmly in place.
All of our standard button badges up to 58mm can be supplied with a magnetic attachment, and magnetic fittings are also available on most of our resin badges.
On our button badges, one half of the magnet forms an integral part of the badge back plate, while the matching magnetic piece is housed in a white plastic disc which sits behind the clothing.
On resin badges, the magnetic fitting is attached separately to the plastic backing plate. This gives you the same professional resin finish while avoiding a traditional pin fastener.
We use strong magnets because weaker magnetic fittings can slip or become detached during normal wear. The magnets used on our badges are designed to provide a substantial, secure hold.
