Established in 1983, Badge Boy has produced literally hundreds of thousands of badges for customers all over the UK. Having started in the ubiquitous garden shed, our commitment to quality, service and flexibility has seen our business go from strength to strength.

Over the years we have invested heavily in the latest technologies and machinery enabling us to offer exceptional value for money, no matter how small or large the production run.

As a family run business we have both professional and personal pride in everything that we do. We want our customers to wear our badges with the same level of pride that we have when we produce them.

Now entering our 4th decade of operation and second generation of management we do not rest on our laurels and have recently upgraded our popular Design Online Service as well as making our site friendly for all mobile platforms.

These leading edge developments are the perfect accompaniment to our traditional business practices.

Payment Options

We use WorldPay as our card processor for your convenience and security. WorldPay is the UK's largest card processor and allows you to pay for your badges either with any any UK issued credit or debit card or a PayPal account.

We can also accept cheques and direct bank transfers by previous arrangement. If you are a school or government body who use a Purchase Order Number system, then please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Unless prior arrangement has been made, all payments are required before badges are dispatched.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error, you may return your badges to us within 7 working days. We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item being returned. See our returns policy page for more information.


We strive to provide excellent customer service.

Given that each badge is personalised, we are unable to offer refunds once your badges have been manufactured, except in the case of a manufacturing fault (see returns policy)

Should you wish to cancel your order before they have been manufactured, then please contact us immediately. You can see the current status of your badge order by viewing our order tracking page.


Given that each badge is personalised, cancellations can only be made as long as your badges have not been put into production.

If your badges have not yet been put into production and you wish to cancel your order it is important that you contact us immediately.


All UK items are shipped as standard via 1st class post. For urgent orders we can arrange for next day delivery at an additional charge of £19.95 (£22.95 for Saturdays)

If next day delivery is required, then this can be arranged at an additional cost of £9.95 (£12.95 for Saturdays)

Postage costs for international orders will be provided on a per-job basis.

Set Up Costs

We pride ourselves on offering a high class service with a fair and clear pricing policy. Therefore, we do not charge a set-up cost - irrespective of the size of your order.
